SEO<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>ROLE &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Competences for this role<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deep understanding of organic search and search engine marketing.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage team of SEO analysts to oversee the execution of SEO strategies of company clients to ensure they are in line with the expectation and business goal of customer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comfortable with tech and content.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Team management.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interest in Publisher SEO and specializing in this subset for the long term.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hands on using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush etc. to uncover insights for clients.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work with minimal supervision in a collaborative and positive team environment.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A self-starter with the ability to grasp requirements quickly.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Someone with a strong inclination for team management and project execution on timelines.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comfortable with project management and analytical tools.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Successful track record in project management and organic growth.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A collaborative team player who values the success of the whole team, in addition to their own.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comfortable working in an asynchronous environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be the superstar responsible for managing the execution of SEO strategies end-to-end.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develop SEO strategies for our clients, including detailed content plans, competitor analysis, keyword research, content pillar strategy and opportunity analysis.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A key POC for clients &#8211; from keeping in touch, taking meeting notes and identifying methods of retaining and upselling opportunities\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Execute a variety of technical SEO tasks, such as ensuring website crawlability and indexability, monitoring of ranking signals, on-page optimization, etc.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Generate monthly and quarterly SEO reports and communicate progress of SEO campaigns to our clients, present new strategies, and maintain relationships with them.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Work closely with our content and marketing teams to ensure our clients\u2019 SEO, marketing, and business goals are met.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide SEO training and guidance to junior SEO team members to help them and understand SEO concepts, tools, strategies, and best practices.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make sure all SEO strategies are in line with our clients\u2019 KPIs and business goals.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and practices.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creation and maintenance of a library of SEO Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make intuitive and data-driven decisions to leverage tech and content in order to achieve client goals.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perform and deliver under tight deadlines.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Learn and adapt to BrainMine\u2019s process and methodologies and help improve them in the longer term.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Relevant Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Bachelor&#8217;s degree &#8211; BE\/B.Tech\/MCA\/BCA\/BSc IT and other related bachelor and master degree in Information Technology Certification.<br \/>\n2. Professional Experience of 4-10 years of progressive experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 5 years in team lead role.<br \/>\n3.
