Position Overview:   As a Sales Executive in a Digital Marketing Agency, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will play a crucial role in selling digital marketing services and solutions to businesses, helping them achieve their online marketing goals.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, emails, networking events, and social media.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Schedule and conduct effective sales presentations, demonstrating the value of the agency’s digital marketing services.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine the agency’s positioning in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Work closely with the account management and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Stay informed about the agency’s digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and other relevant areas.
  • Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling propositions of the agency’s services to potential clients.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, outlining key performance indicators, sales activities, and progress towards targets.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Seek feedback from clients and internal teams to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of changes in the digital marketing landscape and update sales strategies accordingly.
  • Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites.
  • Maintain a proper follow-up system for Business Deal Closures and Payments for the same.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 Years proven experience in sales, preferably in a digital marketing or  advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Generate Business from Online Bidding Portals (Upwork / GURU / PPH) and from other websites.
  • Good Written Skills.
  • Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
  • Good knowledge of getting quality leads for Web Development and Digital Marketing.
  • Should be flexible working hours when required.
  • Achieving business targets.
  • The technical aptitude to master our sales tools.
  • A highly self-driven sense of motivation.
  • Should be Target Oriented and proven track record in the same.
